Opportunity is the first element of action. Using social media can help you gain more from your conventional marketing efforts.
Don’t lose potential customers to some of your top competitors by not utilizing social media. There’s not much to lose, but so much to gain. In followup to our last post about social media, we found this information in a post from Forbes that illustrates the importance of social media in marketing.
In a study from HubSpot, 92% of marketers in 2014 claimed that social media marketing was important for their business, with 80% indicating their efforts increased traffic to their websites.
From sources at Social Media Examiner, 97% of marketers are currently participating in social media, but 85% aren’t sure which tools are best to use. We are here for the 85%.

10. Improved Customer Insights-Using Social Media allows you to monitor traffic and get valuable insight about what your customers and followers want to see and hear from you. It’s easy to segment your content based on certain interest groups.
